#WeekendCoffeeShare: Writing every spare moment!

Link up your coffee posts below, and don’t forget to use the #weekendcoffeeshare tag on Facebook and Twitter.

weekendcoffeeshareIf we were having coffee I  would have to offer you tea. I don’t drink coffee.

If we were having coffee I would tell you that I had my therapy session on Thursday and it brought up some pretty raw stuff that I haven’t thought about for many, many years. Been kind of sad about it.

If we were having coffee I  would tell you that I have been writing up a storm. I have my regular 2 blogs and certain prompts I write, plus blog posts, plus my blog posts for a major blog and of course NANOWRIMO which is way behind schedule. I have to stop stopping constantly and fixing every little thing that bothers me. I am around 7000 words now.

If we were having coffee I would tell you how much I dread the coming holidays both Thanksgiving and Christmas. I don’t have to cook so that is a good thing. The stress is another and I don’t get any job out of them.

If we were having coffee I would have to hurry you along a bit as I spend every Saturday morning with my best friend having brunch which is usually breakfast now. We used to eat lunch, but we found what we like in the breakfast category and it is half price. Can’t beat it.

So ta-ta for now.

  1. How fun to read with a friend over a meal! I love that idea 🙂 Best of luck with your writing this week! I am struggling and have no where the obligations you do! Keep your head up, I’m sure you’re rocking more than you think you are!

  2. How nice to have brunch. I often find the breakfast menu suits me better than the lunch menu as well. A lot of places here now do all day breakfast which is great.
7000 words seems fantastic to me. I don’t know how many you should have written by now but you are certainly on the way and if you add the other words you are writing on the blogs then you probably exceed the amount you are supposed to do.
Your therapy sounds painful but hopefully the pain will lead to healing.
I hope you have a great week.
See you next week for a quick coffee.
