Just Jot It January Jan. 7th – lost my marbles

I lost my marbles. Now the kind you see in the picture, but the kind in your head. My cat is watching me carefully because she is unsure of what is coming next. I have sung to her and stuck my tongue out at her in a tongue match. Her’s is so cute. I have tried to pick Miss Priss up, but after 4 years I still can’t pick her up. I finished my journal for the therapist. My cat sleeps on plastic bags. I think she has lost her marbles.

My mind is as shaky as my hands this morning. I’m letting worry creep in. Listening to youtube sootiing music to work by and trying to build a grace fence against worry. Think clearly, calm our souls, best time to meditate and pray — He will calm us.
