I am the one that doesn’t eat healthy. My diet does NOT consist of fruit and vegetables very often. This week we went shopping and I got peppers (green bell), carrots, tomatoes and cucumbers. Plus watermelon.
Last night I have with my pork chops, a bell pepper and half a cucumber. Snack was watermelon. Now this morning I am eating a non-conventional early breakfast of half a cucumber and carrots. Better than cake.
