Just Jot It January 19th – Bipolar Medication Stabilization

JusJanJoI’ve worked at stabilizing my own Bipolar moods. I have finally gotten to a point that I’ve been stabilized for the last couple of days. It is also linked to my Fibromyalgia and being stable has reduced the pain some. I actually got adjusted at the chiropractor’s without screaming bloody murder. They is pain, but no screaming at just being touched and that is a good thing. So the goal is to keep the mania away and have less pain with the Fibromyalgia.

To think that has been possible all these years that I have had 10/1o pain and just keeping the mania regulated might have helped. It is not a proven theory, but my docs agree with me and it is my body that feels the pain.

I hope you have success in pain management. My wife has fibro and I know how debilitating it can be.
