Just Jot It January 26th – Relentless Pain

JusJanJoRelentless pain is hard to deal with. I have had chronic pain since I was in my late twenties. They just kept telling me I had arthritis. Every few months or so it was another joint. Then started the Degenerative Disc Disease which is the discs in the spine starting to herniate.  Then five years ago I had a diagnosis of Fibromyalgia on top of all that. All was there all those years. Over 5 years since diagnosis, by now there are probably more herniated discs in my spine according to my Chiropractor as he feels my spine. I have almost half my spine already who knows how fast they degenerate.

Tonight is my might of can’t lie down or sit up. I will be up and down. What a pain, literally.
