Just Jot It January 29 – Medication Withdrawal

JusJanJo

This has been a rough few days. I forgot to renew my anxiety medication and then the snow storm hit and I ran completely out. Just about everything was closed. Then I wouldn’t drive in all that snow since I live in a small community and our roads get barely plowed. So I have been miserable. I went back on them yesterday after missing around 3 days. Maybe that will teach me to pay more attention. I really feel awful and after spending days in bed, I am starting to feel more human. I didn’t want to go to the hospital.
