#WeekendCoffeeShare: 2/20/16

weekendcoffeesharetea-991334_1920 (2)I would ask you in to tea in the afternoon after brunch with a friend. I would tell you we had good weather today. It was sunny and in the 60’s, one more day of that and back to winter we go.

I would tell you about my recovery to a low-level pain for my Fibromyalgia. Now if we can work on the knees. I can barely climb the stairs to my room. I will take any reduction in all the pain I have. Praise the Lord!

I would tell you that my grandson turned 18 today and wants to join the US Marines. He had to have a heart procedure and hopefully this will make that possible. He also has to finished high school. I am so proud of him. He has had a rough life as a kid of a single mother of 2 children, a half worthless (being nice here) father, and other men in her life, but he turned out a great kid.

I am proud of her. She worked hard. Supported the 2 different fathers and another man. She went to nursing school barely scraping by after age 30. Doing better now. She has her BSN and is a RN.

Happy Weekend All!

Hope things go well for your grandson. It’s amazing how beautifully some people bloom in adversity–sounds like he’s one of those.
