weekly smileI had to smile at my butt taking the easy way down the steps. I slid and bumped my way down and didn’t break a bone. Turned purple though.

Teresa (Tessa) Smeigh is now in her 60's and still going strong despite her disabilities affecting both physical and mental abilities. She has bipolar disorder (mental), Fibromyalgia (nerves), degenerative disc disease (spine), and arthritis (joints).     I sometimes laugh when I remember falling down the steps and breaking my tail bone…twice in two years! That’s what happens when the steps are icy. It’s good to be able to laugh at oneself! Glad you weren’t hurt!
