The Doll

Photo Prompt - Christmas Decorated Street

Copyright-Rochelle Wisoff-Fields

Penny stares at the store window. “I want this doll!”

June looks at a life-size doll that looks exactly like Penny right down to the curly brown hair, pink-smocked dress, tights and shoes.

They entered the store and Miss Polly rings up the doll and hands the doll to June who carries it. It is too big for Penny.

Leaving the store, they hear another squeal. Turning around June is stunned to see a doll that looks just like the child standing in front of the window.

June looks at their doll, she is sure it winks at her.

Well, that’s a creepy marketing scheme! The doll winking doesn’t have a good vibe…it’s probably possessed or something 🙂
