#WeekendCoffeeShare: Grandson’s Birthday party by the pool

Today is hot enough for a pool swim party for my grandson. Cool drinks are the offered refreshment. Pizza and chips and Teddy Bears and a cream cheese dip. Yummy. Homemade cupcakes and a ice cream cone (the drumstick).

Still struggling with my blood sugar numbers. To get them down I can’t have any carbs at all and that is not a balanced diet. So still need medicine tweaking. I have a week and a half until my higher med take effect. Think that little change will do  no major good.

If we were having coffee I would confess to sleeping late every day due to my late nights, but I can’t go to sleep earlier. My sleep has switched cycles again. This is not one of my favorites, but it goes round and round and switches constantly.

Wishing you all a good week ahead.

tweeking meds is not as easy as some may think right? I have been doing the same and I have to figure out what is causing what symptoms and what needs to be adjusted in which way. hoping your blood sugar stabilizes and you have a good week.
