Your Friday prompt for Stream of Consciousness Saturday is: “ex.” Find a word that includes “ex” and base your post on it. Have fun!

socs-badge-2015-lindaghill.files_.wordpress.com_.jpgI hate text messaging. My family especially demands its use. They rarely phone. I can’t text very well and it takes me forever. If I call them instead, they get annoyed at me. I am not of the texting generation. Heck my smart phone is smarter than me. My kids hate that I use it only as a phone for the most part. All that technology going to waste.

Now that was a brilliant use of the ex :-). I love texts and hate to use the phone but that’s another story 🙂

  2. Fallon says:

I’m definitely more likely to text than call. I think it annoys my family, too. But, even thinking about making a simple phone call makes me anxious. It’s so much easier for me to write out the words than make sure I say the right ones.

I can identify. Try an app called RainbowKey which is a keyboard that gives you words and learns intuitively.
